Entry Fees £6 per seat in advance, £7 on day

All entries on ARA forms by 12 midday Saturday 17^th May; by post or email to: Mr. K. Tribe, Driftway, Norrest Court, Leigh Sinton, Malvern, Worcs. WR13 5EH (including appropriate entry fee); or by email to tess@dircon.co.uk to the same deadline.  Fees for email entries not paid by 22^nd May will be charged at the “on the day” rate.  Please include with your entries a contact telephone number or email address for use on 17^th – 23^rd May.  The draw will take place on Sunday 18^th May at 2pm.  Fax enquiries only on 01886 832351.

Rescheduling of race times is at the discretion of Race Control.  Boat sharing and/or doubling up MUST be declared on entry forms.  Entries will be capped at 200, with priority given to complete prepaid postal entries in order of receipt.

Elite Open Coxed Fours will compete for the West Of England Challenge Vase, the winners of which will be presented with special tankards.

Entries can be made for all junior, open, women’s and veteran categories; events with three entries or fewer may not be run.  Crews entering for such events will be moved to the next most suitable category at the discretion of the Regatta Secretary, unless expressly requested otherwise on the entry form.
