Mince pies and winter sunshine
Dec 16, 2009
The sun was shining for the annual Mince Pie head last Sunday.
As usual we were joined by boats from Worcester University and RGS and King's schools for some friendly competition.
A total of thirty-two boats headed up river to the start at Camp, many wearing an assortment of festive headgear and even fairy wings.
Apparently Father Christmas was the start marshall although no photographic evidence of his existence has been seen as yet.
A small selection of photos are now online on this site. Thanks to Bill Needham for the shots from the top of Pitchcroft.
